The 3 or 4 digit code requested is a number required by numerous credit card companies to verify that the card holder is indeed in possession of the credit card. Visa and MasterCard use a 3 digit code found in the signature area on the back of the card, and American Express uses a 4 digit code located on the front of the card. This number is used for processing your order only and is not retained in your file.
