Return Policy
Our goal is to provide the best vacuum cleaner for our customer's specific needs,
personal preferences and budget. Since the best purchase decision is an informed one,
we stand firm on our commitment to explain and demonstrate our vacuum cleaners to anyone
who is considering purchasing one.
All products that we sell on our website are new and in their original boxes
or packaging from the manufacturer.
Unsatisfactory Product:
Most people can tell whether a vacuum cleaner is right for their needs and preferences
during the first few times they use it. In the event that you purchase a household vacuum
cleaner and are not happy with its performance, design or construction, call us within 15
days of receipt to arrange for its return. If a household vacuum cleaner is returned to
us in reasonable condition, typical of careful use for 15 days, we will refund your full
purchase price. In this situation no restocking fee will be applied so your only cost is
the shipping back to us. You will not be required to pay for the shipping to you if it
was free when your vacuum was ordered. However, if you refuse to accept delivery of your
shipment, the cost of returning it to Stark’s Vacuum as well as the cost of shipping it to
you will be deducted from your refund. All items included or given free with a purchase
must be returned or their value will be deducted from the refund. If you purchased extra
paper bags or other supplies with a vacuum cleaner, only unopened packages are refundable.
Shipping Damage or Defective Merchandise:
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or upon initial use, discover a defect,
we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be picked up and ship to you on priority a
replacement at no cost to you. Notify us immediately. Signs of excessive or careless use,
as well as commercial use, may result in a restocking fee based on the degree of damage to
the product from these types of use. Due to the use of liquids in steam cleaners, floor
washers and wet/dry vacuums, they cannot be returned for a refund. Products which are
modified in any way such as drilling, cutting, mounting extra parts or removing standard
parts are not refundable All special order or non-stock items are not returnable.
Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately contact us by
phone to cancel. Email is not sufficient due to the speed of our processing cycle. The order
will ship as quickly as possible during business hours. Once shipped, the order cannot be
canceled or rerouted.
