Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise stated. Your order will ship within 10 business days; most shipments typically occur within two business days. Because UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, the U.S. Postal Service will be used in these instances.

If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, or you discover a defect upon initial use, we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be picked up and immediately ship out a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
