Return Policy

Stark’s goal is to provide the best vacuum cleaner for each customer's specific needs, personal preferences and budget. Since the best purchase decision is an informed one, we stand firm on our commitment to explain and demonstrate our vacuum cleaners to anyone who is considering purchasing one. All products sold on our website are new and in the manufacturer’s original box or packaging.

UNSATISFACTORY PRODUCT:

In the event that you purchase a household vacuum cleaner and are not happy with its performance, design or construction, call us within 15 days of receipt to arrange for its return. If a household vacuum cleaner is returned to us in reasonable condition, typical of careful use for 15 days, Stark’s Vacuums will refund your full purchase price. No restocking fee will be applied; your only cost will be shipping the item back to us. If the item was shipped to you free of charge when you ordered, you will not be required to repay the cost of shipping the item to you. However, if you refuse to accept delivery of your shipment, the cost of returning it to Stark’s Vacuums, as well as the cost of shipping it to you, will be deducted from your refund. All items included or given free with a purchase must be returned or their value will be deducted from the refund. If you purchased extra paper bags or other supplies with a vacuum cleaner, only unopened packages are refundable.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or discover a defect upon initial use, please notify us immediately. Stark’s Vacuums will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be picked up and priority-ship a replacement at no cost to you. Signs of excessive, careless or commercial use may result in a restocking fee based on the degree of damage to the product. Due to the use of liquids in steam cleaners, floor washers and wet/dry vacuums, they cannot be returned for a refund. Products that have been modified in any way (such as drilling, cutting, mounting extra parts or removing standard parts) cannot be returned. All special order or non-stock items are not returnable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately contact us by phone to cancel an order. Email is not sufficient due to the speed of our processing cycle. Orders ship as quickly as possible during business hours; and once shipped, your order cannot be canceled or rerouted.
