Do I need special cleaning solution?
Yes, our Sanitaire carpet cleaners require a special cleaning solution to work properly. It’s available for purchase at any of our Stark’s locations when you pick up your rental.
How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
After you clean your carpet, it will feel slightly damp for a period. It should not last longer than 12-24 hours. To help your carpet dry more quickly, we recommend opening windows in rooms where the carpet cleaner was used, and running fans.
Can I use it on area rugs or stairs?
Yes, our carpet cleaner rentals are great for both rugs and stairs.
