I have a Dyson vacuum that I managed to break. It was out of warranty. They fixed it and got it back to me in a week. It now works better than it ever did.

I have to say, I had such a great experience at this location that it completely exceeded my expectations! The only issue is that their phone doesn’t work right now — I tried calling for several days with no luck. I even contacted the Gresham branch, and they told me they weren’t sure what was going on and didn’t think any rentals would be available. But I decided to go down there anyway, and I’m so glad I did. The person who helped me at the Bend location was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made the whole process easy and really turned it into a great experience. The machine itself was spotless and well-maintained, which honestly shocked me. Even better, it was on sale — I got the carpet cleaner for 24 hours, the handheld tool included for free, plus the soap, all for under $45. It’s hands down way better than the Rug Doctor, and I couldn’t be happier. From now on, this is the only place I’ll go for carpet cleaner rentals.

Vacuums are expensive but pretty good quality. Josh has been so helpful and has gone out of his way to fix/replace things when I need!

Took my 6 yr old SEBO in because the carpet attachment stopped working. Stellar 5 Star service! They identified the wand as the issue & reminded me I had a service plan, which I had totally forgotten. Informed me I had a discount coming because of the service plan and then assisted me with potential hand held vac’s. Outstanding service, in and out in under 30” with everything repaired and hand vac recommendations. Highly recommend this location! Staff is incredibly helpful.

Doug at the Beaverton location is “ALWAYS” helpful, knowable, polite and welcoming.
Today, he helped me put a new bag on my vacuum cleaner…I couldn’t believe I couldn’t get that dang thing on…he not only put it on, but offered to carry it to the car for me…I’m always happy to see him behind the counter when I go there

I own a cleaning business and my vacuum was clogged AF! I needed a quick fix and the staff got it cleared real fast. In and out in less than 10 minutes! Thanks guys!

Brought in my old Kirby I got off eBay to have repaired and Stark’s did a wonderful job! My old man works perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier. They did make sure I knew it might take some time and parts could be on the pricier side, but I was more than happy to pay them whatever they asked just to get this beauty up and running. They helped me restore a little piece of my childhood and I’ll be forever grateful! Thank you Stark’s ❤️

Friendly and informed customer service.I went in with some questions about which vacuum I should get, I had one in mind and Joshua walked me through the pros/cons of that one and others in the same price range. I have chronic back pain (and 2 staircases) and it was important for me to find something lightweight, effective, and would last for many years. I never felt rushed to make a decision or like I was taking up too much time with all my questions. Ultimately, I’m very happy with the service here and the vacuum I ended up choosing. I even convinced a coworker and my parents to shop here and they report the same excellence.

Sale’s technician stayed open for me and was really helpful in fixing my vacuum cleaner. Don’t know why their rating is only 3.5 stars. These guys deserve to have 5+ stars. I’ve come here 3 times now to get my vacuum fixed and it was fixed everytime. Did I mention the selection and wide variety of high quality and affordable vacuum cleaners. Don’t pay attention to the reviews, these guys are legit and know their stuff. Great experience and great customer service!

Super wonderful place! We accidentally sucked up a cat toy and after messing with the vacuum decided we needed extra help to get it out….very nice gentleman told me to bring it in and they would take a look. He had it hooked up and got the toy sucked out in less than 1 minute! Since it was quick and easy, he didn’t even charge me! Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a business in forever! Give this location all your business! Huge Thank you!!

A good place to buy a vacuum designed to last 20 years. Store manager is very knowledgeable and good at his job. Buy in store for a longer warranty than buying online.

We love Starks, great history, great people. This 2nd Riccar rebuild love the brand, but the front light was not working we hope it is safe from any inop electrical issues?

Excellent service! My older vacuum had a clog and David unclogged it on the spot, made sure it was functioning, and sent me along with new vacuum bags for under $50. That’s amazing these days.

Premier purveyors of a very necessary household appliance. Wide selection of brands and models. No pressure sales staff (be sure to say ‘hello’ to Star the store guardian). Their former location is now an upscale hotel (!) so they relocated a few years ago to SE Grand and Couch. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially with various construction projects in the area.

Fixed a clog in my vacuum that I otherwise would’ve had no idea how to fix in 1 minute flat. Got to check out the old vacuum museum while I waited (not long).
