Can’t say enough about the great customer service from Jesse…no pressure…very helpful…very pleasant…and best of all, I’m really happy with my new Miele vacuum. I didn’t think anything could be better than my old Royal of 20 good years but the technology and craftsmanship of the Miele brand is amazing. There aren’t any corners I can’t get to or places, like beds I can’t clean under. Best of all, it’s amazingly quiet and has an automatic retractable cord…no more winding and finding a way to tuck the plug end under! I’m a happy customer!
