On each of my three visits, Matt was my vacuum liaison, vacuum ambassador, if you will, and gladly answered my layperson questions with attention and patience even when I showed up 5 minutes before close.I’m impressed by their generous 45-day return policy which far exceeds the stingy 30-day policy Am*zon enforces upon its hapless proletariat.
