If your new vacuum just doesn’t fit your floors or your home, return it within 30 days of purchase. We refund the full purchase price, less any shipping costs. How returns work
90-day repair warranty
Every repair Stark’s does carries a 90-day warranty, central vacuum repairs included. If the same problem comes back within 90 days, we fix it free, labor and installed parts included.

Maker’s warranties
Every new vacuum comes with its maker’s warranty. Buying from an authorized dealer can add years:
- SEBO: bought at Stark’s and registered: 10 years motor, 10 years covered parts, 7 years labor.
- Riccar: from an authorized dealer: R30D 7 years, R40P 8 years, R10E 3 years.
- Miele dealer-only models (Guard M1 Terra Red, Guard L1 Electro, Centennial): 5 years.
We’re an authorized dealer and service center for Miele, SEBO and Riccar. Bring it in and we’ll check the warranty with the maker.
