Video words
Stark’s. Five stores. Try them all. Dyson losing suction, or not charging? Don’t toss it. We repair Dyson vacuums at our stores in Portland, Beaverton, Vancouver and Bend. Walk in, no appointment, and get a free estimate while you wait. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty, parts and labor.
Cuts out
Pulses or cuts out. Usually a blocked airway: wand, floor head, tool or a packed filter. A worn battery does it too.
Trigger
Trigger dead or loose. A cracked trigger or worn switch, common on V10 and V11 sticks. Fixed here.
Run time
Dies in minutes. Short run time? The battery is worn out. Screw-in on V6 to V10, click-in on later V11 and V15.
Brush bar
Brush bar won’t turn. Hair packed into the end caps, or a worn bar. Cleaned or replaced.
Also common: lost suction. Usually a clogged filter, a full bin or a blocked wand.

Dyson service by mail vs. Stark’s
| Dyson’s own repair service | At Stark’s |
|---|---|
| Slow repairs. Mail-in takes 2–3 weeks by Dyson’s own terms. | Usually back within a week, and you borrow a loaner. |
| Hoops first. Calls and video checks before anything gets fixed. | Hand it over the counter. We look while you wait. |
| Phone and mail-in. You talk to support, then ship it off. | A technician, face to face, at five stores. |
Dyson jobs we do most: batteries · triggers · brush bars · bin seals · blocked airways

“Our Dyson needed a new part so we took it up to Stark’s. We were met at our car by an employee. He took our vacuum inside for us and directed us to whom we needed to speak with. The associate immediately grabbed the part we were needed and even installed it for is right there! Fast and friendly….way to go Stark’s!!”
