“I brought my Shark Vacuum in because of concerns that the roller might be damaged. Tyler Stark disassembled the vacuum, checked it over, reassembled it, ran it, and assured me it was OK.”

Shark’s own repair service vs. Stark’s
We’re not a Shark dealer. We repair Shark vacuums at all 5 stores.
| Shark’s own repair service | At Stark’s |
|---|---|
| No receipt, no claim. Original owner with a receipt only. Gifts and secondhand don’t qualify. | Gift or secondhand? We fix it anyway. |
| Call, ship it, pay to get it back. A phone claim, about $20 return fee, then a wait. | No shipping. We quote it at the counter; most are done in a week. |
| Replaced, not repaired. Often a swap with as little as 6 months’ coverage. Wear parts excluded. | Only the failed part gets replaced, so you keep your Shark, with our 90-day warranty. |
Shark jobs we do most: brush rolls · belts · batteries · hoses · cords
