Awesome suction,,however with in 3 or 4 months of light use, the brush bar started losing all it bristles???? Never have i seen a vacuum lose it’s brush ..I could not believe it. Called to buy a new roller brush was told they didn’t sell them. What a horrible thing for such a nice vacuum. Every thing else is a 5 star.. I am just wondering if these plastic bristles are harmful to just disintegrate so fast?? Come on Shark don’t destroy your good reputation for awesome vacuums with this type of product. Mine was a NV501 Shark Rotator Power lift away Professional.
