I bought my Simplicity vacuum from Stark’s in Gresham and I really do think it may last my lifetime. I received amazing customer service when I bought my vacuum, and I have found that the price I paid was very reasonable for the quality product I bought. Many of my friends have spent just as much as I did on their Dysons, and they have all experienced either difficulty using it or had it malfunction.My Simplicity has worked fabulously ever since I bought it and there were no issues when I took it in for service. Stark’s is the most affordable place to buy replacement bags and to take a vacuum for servicing that you can trust. If my vacuum somehow doesn’t last, I would only go back to Stark’s for a replacement.
