Which Miele bag fits my vacuum?

Short answer: Guard M1 takes CO, Guard L1 takes TU, Classic C1 and older C2/C3 take GN. Not sure? Bring the old bag in.

How do I change a Miele vacuum bag?

1. Change it when the bag indicator turns red.
2. Pull the hose out of the vacuum and open the dust lid.
3. Lift the old bag out by its grip.
4. Slide the new bag in, still folded, as far as it goes.
5. Close the lid until it clicks, without trapping the bag.

Are Miele bags hygienic?
