Vacuum Bag and Filter Questions

Go by your model: Guard M1 takes CO, Guard L1 takes TU, Complete C2, C3 and Classic C1 take GN, Compact C1 and C2 take FJM.

Airbelt E models use box E, K uses K, D uses D, Felix and Dart share one box, and AUTOMATIC X, ESSENTIAL G and 300/350 use box X.

The R25/R27 HEPA media bag fits the R27D, R27P and R27CV. SupraLite models take the R10 self-sealing bag or Type F.

Size and plate. GN (blue plate) fits the larger canisters, FJM (red plate) the smaller Compact models. They don’t swap.

Change the bag when the full light comes on or pickup drops. SEBO says new filters every 10 to 20 bags; most Miele boxes include them.

Genuine bags are made by your vacuum’s maker for an exact seal. Generic bags cost less and fit many models, in store only.
